Youth Training
Athletes from age 10 through high school. Small groups capped at 10, built around their sport and their season.

Group Classes
Training is always better when you have a partner! All of our group classes are 55 minutes long, led by a professional Strength & Conditioning coach, and include:
- Warmup
- Power development
- Strength development
- Mobility
- Injury prevention
- Education
Private Training
Interested in more specialized 1-on-1 or semi-private training? Our private sessions and plans all include:
- General movement assessment
- Force plate assessment
- Personalized programming
- Can be modified and adjusted around competition and practice schedules
*Private training is subject to coach scheduling and availability.
Online Training
Can't train in person? We offer remote training services to athletes of all levels, no matter your location. If you can't make it into our physical location, our online training programs, run through the Bridge Athletic app, could be a great option! Online training includes:
- Personalized programming
- Workouts based on equipment you have access to
- Video & text based feedback
- Online access to your own individual coach
